hyphen-te software package provides Telugu hyphenation patterns for LibreOffice, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install hyphen-te
hyphen-te is installed in your system.
Make ensure the hyphen-te package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep hyphen-te *
You will get with hyphen-te package name, version, architecture and description in a table
